WHY ATTIC INSULATION IS IMPORTANT
Attic insulation helps your home stay cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Insulation can help prevent moisture problems, and reduce the chance your roof will develop ice dams which can cause significant and costly damage to your property.

OLD HOMES SHOULD BE ASSESSED
If you have a home older than 2000, your attic may not be insulated to recommended levels. The EPA and Energy Star have updated attic insulation recommendations.
